“We will be back in some form… Have a good life!” (Donald Trump, Farewell Speech at Joint Base Andrews, January 20th, 2021)
Outgoing president Donald J. Trump was scheduled to depart the White House at 8:00 a.m. At 8:04 a.m., people began to look at their watches. At 8:15 a.m., Trump and First Lady Melania, both dressed for a funeral, finally emerge, and step-by-step walk over to the press to say a few words. Then, Trump and Melania, hand-in-hand walk slowly to Marine One, climb up the stairs, and after Trump takes a Nixon-esque moment to turn around and do a sad fist bump, disappear into the chopper. Instead of enjoying a direct route to Joint Base Andrews, Trump has Marine One fly over the Capitol to look over, or seethe at, the Inauguration preparations. At long last, after delivering a deflated goodbye speech to dozens, after pausing several times to fight back tears, Trump blasted the Village People’s “Y.M.C.A.” one more time and, at 8:50 a.m., climbed the stairs to Air Force One and waved goodbye.
But we can never say goodbye. Never! So, as a parting gift, we here at Filthy Dreams present to you, MAGA world, one final playlist for an inauguration that never was. For a second term that was not meant to be. SAD! Just remember: in Hollywood, everybody is a STAR! And don’t you forget it, Donny!

What an incredible playlist! Too many standout tracks to name, but Fairytale High, Oh What a Life, and No One Gets the Prize are outstnding choices.
Thank you!!
